A quick look at who I coach, how I work, and why I'm bringing my practice to Los Angeles.
60 seconds on who I am and how I coach.
I coach 250+ athletes across hybrid strength/endurance training, Hyrox, trail running, triathlon, and tactical preparation, with 50%+ of my current athletes serving in the French military or Gendarmerie.
Before founding Athlètes Hybrides, I opened and led a new Abercrombie & Fitch flagship from the ground up: recruitment, merchandising, visual buildout and launch, growing it to the #1 ranking worldwide on guest loyalty enrollment within months, and hiring 70+ team members over 3 years.
I'm relocating to Los Angeles to bring that same operational discipline: performance coaching, team leadership and business execution, to private clients, premium fitness brands, and wellness-focused teams.
Background: NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach (NASM-PES in progress), commercial fitness/lifestyle model. Bilingual French/English.
50%+ of current athletes serve in the French military or Gendarmerie. Supported athletes into the French Army, Gendarmerie intervention units and the Republican Guard Intervention Platoon. Currently preparing GIGN candidates and coaching a member of the French Special Forces.
Performance is the outcome. People, systems, and leadership are how I get there.
Every plan starts with an assessment: current level, goals, constraints, training history, strengths and recovery capacity. From there: programming, progression, monitoring, adaptation. Built to handle hybrid demands: strength, endurance, hypertrophy, sport-specific performance, inside the constraints of a real schedule.
Programming is half the job. I track progress, adjust for feedback and fatigue, and stay directly reachable between sessions, weekly calls and debriefs included. I don't just write programs. I coach the person executing them.
Before Athlètes Hybrides, I hired and developed retail teams, recruiting for mindset first, then building skills, standards, and performance. The context changed from retail to coaching, but the principle didn't: identify potential, develop the individual, set the standard, build the environment required to perform.
